Welcome to The Zingy Stays ! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our Booking & Guest Policy.

📌 Booking Policy

1. Reservation & Payment

   • Guests can book online, via phone, or walk-in (subject to availability).
   • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
   • We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.

2. Check-in & Check-out

   • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards (Early check-in subject to availability).
   • Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out may incur additional charges).
   • A valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar, or Driver’s License) is required at check-in.

3. Cancellation & Refund

   • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
   • Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the first night’s stay.
   • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Group Bookings

   • For group reservations (5+ guests), a 50% advance payment is required.
   • Special group rates may be available – contact us for details.

🏠 Guest Policy

1. Age Restriction

   • Guests must be 18+ years to stay in dorms.
   • Families or guests with children must book private rooms.

2. Quiet Hours

   • Maintain silence between 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM in dorm areas.
   • Social spaces may remain open, but please be considerate of fellow guests.

3. No Smoking & Alcohol Policy

   • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
   • Alcohol is allowed in common spaces but should be consumed responsibly.
   • Any unruly behavior will lead to eviction without a refund.

4. Visitors & Outside Guests

   • Outside guests are not allowed inside dorms.
   • Visitors are welcome in common areas until 10:00 PM.

5. Hostel Property & Cleanliness

   • Keep your space clean and respect shared areas.
   • Any damage to hostel property will be charged accordingly.

6. Safety & Security

   • Lockers are available for valuables (We are not responsible for lost/stolen items).
   • CCTV surveillance is in place for guest safety.
