Guest policy

  1. Booking Process:
    • Guests can make bookings online via zingystays.com, through partner platforms, or directly at the hostel reception.
    • Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance, if any, is to be paid upon arrival.
    • Booking confirmations will be sent via email or SMS or what’s app once payment is processed.
  1. Check-In and Check-Out:
    • Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
    • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
    • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
  1. Room Allocation:
    • Bed or room allocation is based on availability. Special requests (e.g., lower bunk, specific rooms) will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
    • Mixed dorms and gender-specific dorms are available. Please choose accordingly when booking.
  1. Group Bookings:
    • For group bookings (5 or more people), please contact us directly. Group bookings may require additional terms and conditions.
  1. Age Restrictions:
    • Guests must be 18 years or older to book a room or bed. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
  1. Identification:
    • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
  1. Payment Methods:
    • We accept major credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash. Any fees related to international transactions or currency conversion is the guest’s responsibility.

 

 

 

8.House Rules

  • Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are requested to keep noise levels down during these hours to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Designated smoking areas are provided.
  • Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol is allowed in designated areas only. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed unless specifically mentioned in the booking agreement.
  1. Guest Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in common areas and their rooms. Any damage or excessive dirtiness will result in additional charges.
  • Security: Guests should secure their belongings. The hostel/homestay is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  • Respect for Others: Guests are expected to respect other guests and staff members. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
  1. Facilities and Services
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.
  • Kitchen Usage: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities. Please clean up after use.
  • Laundry: Laundry services are available for a nominal fee.
  • Common Areas: Guests are encouraged to use common areas, such as the lounge and garden, while respecting the comfort and privacy of others.
  1. Emergency Contact
  • In case of emergency, guests should contact the front desk or the provided emergency contact number immediately.

  • Guests are encouraged to provide feedback about their stay. Any complaints should be reported to the management for prompt resolution.
