Cancellation: Cancellations made 72 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date will not eligible for refund.
No-Show: Guests who do not show up for their booking without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Cancellation by Hostel:
In rare cases where the hostel must cancel a booking, guests will receive a full refund. In such instances, we will assist in finding alternative accommodation if possible.
Modification of Booking:
Guests may modify their bookings (e.g., change dates or room type) subject to availability.
Modifications made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are free of charge. Changes made within 48 hours may incur additional charges.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
In the case of cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or in cash at the hostel’s discretion.
Any transaction fees incurred during the booking will not be refunded.
