Cancellation & Refund policy

  1. Cancellation By guest :
  1. Cancellation: Cancellations made 72 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date will not eligible for refund.
  2. No-Show: Guests who do not show up for their booking without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  1. Cancellation by Hostel:
    • In rare cases where the hostel must cancel a booking, guests will receive a full refund. In such instances, we will assist in finding alternative accommodation if possible.
  1. Modification of Booking:
    • Guests may modify their bookings (e.g., change dates or room type) subject to availability.
    • Modifications made 48 hours or more before the check-in date are free of charge. Changes made within 48 hours may incur additional charges.
  1. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
    • In the case of cash payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or in cash at the hostel’s discretion.
    • Any transaction fees incurred during the booking will not be refunded.
